Returns
At Maryland, we have a strict no-return policy on all products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and arrives in perfect condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect items and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect item to Maryland. Exchanges are not available for personal preference reasons.
Please note:
- Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting during photo shoots, the actual color or texture of the item may slightly vary from what you see on screen. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Exchanges are only processed if an incorrect item has been delivered.
